Service Finder

If you are looking for a local service in relation to dementia in your county, this page will help you to find it quickly and efficiently. 

If you’re not sure what sort of service you need you can talk to your GP or Freephone the National Helpline 1800 341 341 (provided by the Alzheimer Society) for practical information and emotional support.

The Helpline is generally open six days a week, Monday to Friday 10am–5pm and Saturday 10am–4pm.

Due to COVID - 19 many dementia services had to close or operate in a different way. Some services and community groups are reopening again and others are supporting people by phone or online.
